PRP and PRF Treatments

PRP (Vampire) Facial

The PRP (vampire) facial improves collagen and elastin content, skin texture, skin tone, and elasticity by superficially injecting the plasma from your own blood. We use a U225 mesotherapy gun to inject PRP all over the face, neck, hands, and chest to treat fine lines, wrinkles, and scarring. The PRP can also be injected into specific areas such as under-eyes and smile lines using a canula to help with volume loss .

PRP Treatment

What is it and how does it work?

Platelet-Rich-Plasma (PRP) treatments are a popular natural treatment that can help with hair loss and skin rejuvenation. When a small blood sample is taken and spun in a centrifuge at a high speed, it separates the platelets and plasma from the blood and the yellow liquid is referred to as PRP. These platelets contain growth factors and other healing components that stimulate tissue repair through collagen production and can help reduce hair loss and even stimulate hair growth. PRP has been used since the 1970s for soft tissue, joint, and surgical healing and now more recently for skin rejuvenation and hair loss therapy. Since the PRP is processed from your blood, there is virtually no risk of an allergic reaction or rejection. Most PRP treatments require at least 3 sessions 4-6 weeks apart.

PRF Treatment

What is it and how does it work?

Platelet-Rich-Fibrin, also known as PRF, is used as a natural filler. A small blood sample is spun at a lower speed in the centrifuge which results in a higher concentration of platelets as well as white blood cells and stem cells to separate from the blood. Compared to PRP there is no anticoagulant used during the processing of the blood which results in a thicker fibrin liquid that releases platelets slower than PRP. The fibrin and slow-release growth factors build volume in the injected areas over time, making PRF a great and natural filler alternative.

PRP for Hair Restoration

PRP for hair restoration stimulates your growth factors and stem cells to work together to reverse the shrinking of the hair follicle and jumpstart dormant hair back into the growth stage. Injecting PRP into the scalp promotes blood flow to the hair follicles which can increase the thickness and strength of your hair and decrease the amount of hair loss. The growth factors can also trigger and maintain the growth phase resulting in fuller hair.
